"Can you accommodate guests who have accessibility needs?"

Yes we absolutely can, some of our Leisure Homes have specially adapted accommodation for guests with mobility issues.

"Is there a minimum age requirement for booking?"

We are unable to accept any bookings from any one under the age of 18. Private Rental rules may vary.

"Can I bring my pet?"

Pets are welcome, please read information carefully on private rentals as rules may vary.

"Can I request a specific accommodation or make special requests?"

Our easy to navigate website makes it very simple to request the accommodation you require. We will do our best to meet any special requests, however these cannot be guaranteed.

"Does a Baby count as a person for the number in party?"

Yes, for safety reasons it is essential that all members of your party should be accounted for when making a booking.

"What time do we check out?"

Checkout is before 10am, please ensure you return any equipment you have hired to reception and leave the accommodation clean and tidy. Private Rental rules may vary.

"What do I need to bring with me on Holiday?"

In order to check-in you will need your holiday confirmation letter, email or booking reference number.

"Can I park outside my Leisure Home?"

All accommodations have a drive-way suitable for one car.
